At the Igreja Matriz de Nossa Senhora da Conceição (Mother Church of Our Lady of Conceptio) in Alcantarilha, is a small Capela Dos Ossos or “Chapel of Bones” built with the remains from the church cemetery when it was removed in the 16th century.
